Role Overview

We’re looking for a Skilled MIG Welder to join our dedicated team. You’ll be working on a variety of bespoke steel projects, from mezzanine floors to custom frameworks, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MIG welding on mild steel components
• Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans
• Operate workshop tools and machinery safely and effectively
• Collaborate with the design and fabrication team to meet project deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Uphold BV Fabrications’ standards for quality and compliance

Requirements

• Proven experience in MIG welding (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Welding/Fabrication (preferable but not essential)
