Job summary

Arnold Clark Inverness BMW is seeking a Weekend Customer Service Executive to create an outstanding customer experience and excite customers about our products. You will be the in-branch expert, helping customers from enquiry through delivery, with strong training and clear progression into car sales.

Part-time hours include Saturday and Sunday shifts, with opportunities for additional hours. You will thrive as a team player, bring a positive attitude, and enjoy a path toward sales progression

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Willing to learn and progress into car sales.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the showroom and cars for the day ahead.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Supporting the Sales department and delivering excellent customer experience.
• Organising and accompanying customers on test drives.
• Swotting up on our vehicles and manufacturers.
• Learning about our products so you can help our customers find the perfect fit.
• Enhancing the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
