Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Inverness is seeking a Weekend Customer Service Executive at our BMW branch to deliver outstanding customer experiences and help customers get excited about our products.

In this Product Genius-style role you’ll learn about our vehicles, support showroom presentation, and guide customers from enquiry to delivery while aiming for clear progression into car sales. The role includes weekend hours and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and progress within the role.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Able to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Works well independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare showroom and cars for the day.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Support the Sales department and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Swot up on our vehicles and manufacturers.
• Learn about our products to help customers find the perfect fit.
• Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.

Hours

Part time: Saturday 9am - 6pm and Sunday 10am - 6pm. Additional hours may be available.

About the role

At Arnold Clark you’ll be known as a Product Genius, but your role revolves around the customer experience. Our Product Geniuses are our in-branch experts. They are devoted to learning about our products and developing their communication skills, both in person and digitally, so they can help our customers make the right choice when they buy a vehicle. And that expertise develops further into understanding all elements of the sales journey – from enquiry, to sale, to delivery, and beyond.As part of a cohesive team, Product Geniuses will have the full support of the management team in branch.

This will be a great fit for a customer service superstar who is full of bright ideas about how to create an exceptional experience. You’ll get plenty of training, but we are looking for candidates with a thirst for knowledge and an ability to learn. We’d expect you to be a great team player, who is looking for clear career progression into car sales.

Day-to-day duties
