TK Elevator UK Ltd is seeking a Customer Care Centre Advisor for weekend night shifts. The role is remote after initial weekday training at Hucknall, England, with a 28.5-hour week. It targets career starters (0–2 years) and requires GCSEs in Maths and English.

The role focuses on handling customer enquiries by phone and email, coordinating service activities, and maintaining accurate records to support engineers and operations. Training is provided locally.

Qualifications

• GCSE qualifications in Mathematics and English.
• Experience in administration, customer service, service coordination, or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience working with databases and internal computer systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures accurately.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate service activities and record them in internal systems.
• Provide administrative assistance to engineers and operational teams.
• Update customer details, service records and contract information.
• Process purchase orders and invoices.
• Prepare customer communications, including service updates and reports.
• Monitor shared email inboxes and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support service delivery.
