Job summary

th yssenkrupp Elevator is seeking a highly organized Customer Care Assistant to join its remote team, coordinating service activities and providing exceptional support to customers, field engineers, and internal teams. This role includes weekend hours with initial training in the office.

You will manage inquiries, logging, and documentation, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely communication. The position emphasizes a proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach.

Qualifications

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • Previous experience in administrative, customer service, service coordination, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience with databases and internal systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately.
  • Excellent organisational and document management skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to enquiries.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the business to support service delivery.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a highly organised and customer focused individual to join our Customer Care team. This role plays a key part in supporting our customers, field teams, and wider business by ensuring service activities are coordinated efficiently and administrative processes are completed accurately.

This is a fully remote role, but will require initial weekday training in our offices.

Saturday - Sunday: 6am - 2pm (15 hours per week)

What you'll be doing

We're looking for a motivated and organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Essential requirements:
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, service coordination, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience working with databases and internal systems.
