Passmores Academy is seeking a Weekend Lettings Assistant to join our Lettings Team. The role involves coordinating weekend lettings, being the main contact for hirers, and ensuring spaces are set up safely and welcoming for students, staff and the community.

The successful candidate will be friendly, proactive and able to work independently. Basic knowledge of health and safety and customer-facing or premises-related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing or premises-related roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety is advantageous.
• Candidate should be friendly, proactive and able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate weekend lettings and act as the main contact for hirers.
• Ensure spaces are set up safely and welcoming for students, staff and the community.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and assist with opening/closing procedures when needed.
