Job summary

The High School Leckhampton is seeking a Casual Lettings and Facilities Assistant for evenings and weekends. You will manage lettings, ensure the building is clean and well maintained, and act as a keyholder, unlocking and locking rooms for bookings.

The role requires flexible availability, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a safe, welcoming environment for users of school facilities.

Responsibilities

• Look after school lettings, ensuring the building is clean, tidy and well maintained.
• Responsible for opening and closing facilities for lettings.
• Act as a keyholder with locking duties and stay on-site during bookings.
• Carry out checks and light cleaning after lettings as required.
• Set up and clear away sports equipment, tables and chairs.
• Provide excellent customer service to facility hirers and ensure safety.
