Job summary

Aureus School is seeking a reliable Premises Assistant to manage weekend lettings for the school’s facilities, carry out minor repairs, and ensure high standards of customer care for third party users.

You will unlock sites, support health and safety checks, and assist in general maintenance, reporting defects promptly. A positive, can-do attitude and good communication are essential. The role is part-time with weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing lettings or facilities is desirable.
• Ability to carry out basic maintenance and DIY tasks.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide a flexible lettings reception service to third party users of the school facilities.
• Unlock site facilities and buildings as required for third party use.
• Support health and safety compliance checks and report hazards.
• Assist in maintenance and upkeep of facilities; report defects promptly.
• Work independently and carry out basic maintenance tasks.
