St Augustine Academy in Maidstone is seeking a Lettings Assistant to support its community lettings programme. The role is casual and hours include evenings, weekends and school holidays, with on-site duties to ensure facilities are welcome, safe and well-presented outside normal school hours.

This flexible casual position enables working around other commitments while helping manage bookings, viewings and inquiries, and contributing to a thriving community hub.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming hirers and visitors to the academy.
• Conducting viewings of academy facilities.
• Carrying out site inspections before and after lettings.
• Checking customers in and out of the academy.
• Preparing facilities for community use.
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the site.
• Responding to enquiries from hirers.
• Undertaking general administrative tasks to support the lettings function.
• Reporting any site, maintenance or health and safety concerns as appropriate.
• Supporting the Lettings Supervisor with the smooth operation of academy lettings.
