Job summary

Prospero Teaching are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected school in Wakefield for a Lettings Co-Ordinator who will be on-site to manage lettings, support events, and ensure the facilities are safe and welcoming outside of school hours.

You will open and secure the premises as a designated key holder, act as the first point of contact for hirers and visitors, and set up rooms while coordinating health and safety checks to deliver a professional experience for all users.

Qualifications

• Reliable and proactive
• Hands-on, independent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Flexible with evenings/weekends
• Experience in caretaking, facilities, site supervision, security or lettings advantageous

Responsibilities

• Managing and supporting out-of-hours lettings and school events
• Opening, closing and securing the premises as a designated key holder
• First point of contact for hirers and visitors
• Maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment across the site
• Carrying out health & safety checks and reporting issues
• Setting up rooms and facilities, including moving equipment and furniture
• Responding to site incidents and resolving issues quickly and effectively
