Job summary

South Norfolk and Broadland Councils are seeking a friendly, motivated individual to be the first point of contact at the leisure centre. You will welcome visitors, handle membership enquiries, guide tours, and support events and activities to ensure a positive experience.

This varied role combines customer service, administration, operational support and hospitality; no two days are the same, with weekend hours (Saturday 9.00am - 4.00pm & Sunday 9.30am - 3.00pm) as specified in the job posting.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting day-to-day running of a leisure centre.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers as the first point of contact.
• Handle membership and activity enquiries and support tours of the facility.
