Job summary

South Norfolk and Broadland Councils is seeking a proactive Team Leader for Wymondham Leisure Centre. You will supervise the centre during shifts, act as a keyholder, and support senior managers to ensure excellent customer service.

The role involves working with the Fitness Team and Front of House, with lifeguarding duties when required. RT availability includes early, day, and late shifts on a 7-day rota.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience in leisure environments.
• Experience leading an operational team and staffing rotas.
• Ability to maintain high standards of presentation and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead an operational team to deliver a high-quality service.
• Oversee day-to-day management of the building, users, and staffing.
