Cygnet Hospital Woking is seeking a Weekend Evening Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. The role covers every Saturday and Sunday from 3pm to 9pm, totaling 12 hours per week, in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced receptionist with strong communication skills, excellent numeracy and literacy, and a confident, professional disposition. DBS checks are required, and you will handle switchboard duties, visitor sign-ins, and basic office tasks.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of receptionist experience.
• Organised, helpful and good at multitasking.
• Computer literate – Windows/Word/Excel/Outlook or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable of telephone systems.
• Polite, friendly & approachable with good numeracy and literacy.

Aufgaben

• Provide a professional, welcoming reception experience.
• Answer & transfer incoming calls and take messages where appropriate.
• Greet visitors & notify staff of arrival.
• Ensure visitors sign in & out, and patients leaving/returning are recorded.
• Sort & distribute post, and assist with general office duties.
• Keep the reception area clean & tidy.
• Promote the safety & security of all site users and ensure staff follow security protocols.
