Cygnet Hospital Woking is seeking a friendly Weekend Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. You will provide a professional, welcoming reception experience in a busy hospital setting, handling visitor greetings, calls, and basic office duties.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicates well, and can multitask while maintaining confidentiality. The role covers Saturdays and Sundays 7am–3pm, with DBS check required and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist with strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Professional, friendly and can handle confidentiality and sensitive information.

Responsabilités

• Provide a professional, welcoming reception experience.
• Greet visitors and notify staff of arrivals.
• Answer and transfer calls; take messages when needed.
• Manage sign-in/out, and record patient movements.
• Sort post and assist with general office duties.
• Maintain a tidy reception area and support security procedures.
