CYGNET is seeking a friendly Weekend Receptionist for its Woking site. This part-time role (15 hours/week) covers every Saturday and Sunday, 7am–3pm, in a fast-paced hospital setting.

You will greet visitors, manage sign-in/out, answer calls, transfer messages, and support general office duties while maintaining security protocols. The ideal candidate has receptionist experience, is well-presented, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist is essential.
• Strong organisation and multitasking abilities.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with standard software.
