Overview

If you are looking for a part‑time role with Care Assistant experience, this is a great position for you. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Assistants for night shifts during the week at our welcoming care home in the NG8 area. This is your chance to provide exceptional care and support to our wonderful residents.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and daily routines to ensure their comfort and safety.
  • Helping with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Monitoring residents, responding to any emergencies, and keeping accurate records of the care provided.
Requirements
  • Proven experience within a similar care environment.
  • Checkable work history.
  • Up‑to‑date mandatory training documents: Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control. If you do not have current certificates, we can offer online training for an additional fee.
  • In‑date enhanced DBS check; we can arrange a new one if your DBS has expired.
  • Reliable, empathetic, and committed to making a positive impact.
  • Available for weekday shifts, both day and night.
  • Unable to offer support for VISA applicants.
Working Hours

Working from 16:00 to 22:00, Saturday and Sunday.

Pay and Benefits

Rate of pay: £12.75 per hour, plus up to 28 days of accrued holiday pay.
