Website Manager - Manchester

A Website Manager, an integral part of an e-commerce team, is required by an e-commerce company based in Manchester to ensure their online presence is polished, accurate, and consistent across all platforms.

This is a varied role that combines website content management, e-commerce operations, and technical support across multiple systems. You'll be the go-to person for all things digital and tech-related, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the business with innovative solutions.

Experience
  • Comfortable managing multiple software platforms (no need to be an expert in any one system).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in website management and e-commerce is essential.
  • Familiarity with online security best practices.
  • AI tools or automation systems experience would be a bonus.
Key Responsibilities

Website & Content Management

  • Update and maintain website content, product listings, and promotional material.
  • Ensure accurate data management for e-commerce platforms.

Ecommerce & Data

  • Manage product updates, pricing, and stock information.
  • Work with CSV files and data imports / exports for inventory and WMS systems.

Technical Support & Systems Management

  • Act as a general tech specialist for non-website IT tasks.
  • Manage and integrate third-party software solutions.
  • Assist with online security measures and system updates.
  • Support setup and configuration of AI tools, phone systems, and new hardware (PC / server).
  • Help implement shipping integrations and WMS changes.
