Qualifications

• Experience in the maintenance and/or delivery of SCADA or ICA systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with operations teams.
• Proficient in site-based SCADA and PLC systems, with up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
• Knowledge of extended SCADA programming and IP-based communications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high availability of site-based SCADA platforms.
• Deliver planned maintenance, including health checks, patches, and hotfixes.
• Participate in the in-hours and out-of-hours support roster for SCADA fault response.
• Champion the OT Change Management and Risk Assessment process.
