  • Carry out cleaning, disinfection and chlorination on hot and cold water systems and cooling towers.
  • Inspect water heaters, tanks and calorifiers.
  • Monitor temperature, conduct routine sampling and analyse water quality.
  • Install and maintain dosing systems.
  • Inspect and disinfect CWST, showerheads, and TMVs.
  • Perform legionella and TVC sampling.

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, multi‑skilled Water Hygiene Engineer based in or around the Blackburn area to support a national water management company known for delivering water and legionella services. The successful applicant will have experience in routine water hygiene duties such as cleaning, disinfection, chlorination and sampling & analysis of hot and cold water systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out cleaning, disinfection and chlorination on hot and cold water systems and cooling towers.
  • Inspect water heaters, tanks and calorifiers.
  • Monitor temperature, conduct routine sampling and analyse water quality.
  • Install and maintain dosing systems.
