• Up to date knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 legislation.
• Familiarity with updating onsite logbooks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out water sampling and temperature monitoring.
• Service TMV & failsafe systems.
• Clean and descale showerheads.
• Perform CWST cleans and chlorinations.
• Routine sampling and analysis of water systems.
• Clean and disinfect cooling towers.
• Ensure compliance with HSG 274 / ACoP L8.
• Update onsite logbooks accurately.
• Liaise with clients professionally.

Water Hygiene Engineer

Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire.

Our client is a national provider of Water Hygiene / Water Treatment services working across Commercial and Industrial sectors. They are looking to employ a hardworking and enthusiastic Water Hygiene Engineer based in the St Albans / Home Counties area.

The successful applicant will be working alongside a dedicated team of engineers, carrying out various L8 compliance duties, completing onsite logbooks, and ensuring client sites are complying with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 legislation.

Consideration will be given to candidates based in the Home Counties and surrounding areas: Hertford, Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Luton, Aylesbury, Cheshunt, Bishop’s Stortford, Bletchley, Brackley, Milton Keynes, Harlow, Brentwood, Basildon, Maldon, Colchester, Saffron Walden, Braintree, Newmarket, Sudbury, Stowmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Thetford, Cambridge, Huntingdon.

Experience & Qualifications
