Job summary

Celnor is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth for Primary Water Solutions in the Swindon area. You will own new business development while nurturing existing relationships within the water compliance sector.

The role requires proven water industry experience, ability to engage with senior decision-makers, and a track record of turning opportunities into long-term contracts. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in the water industry essential.
• Proven track record of generating new business and developing accounts.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across water hygiene, Legionella, water treatment and compliance.
• Build relationships with facilities managers, estates teams, property professionals, contractors and other decision-makers.
• Generate and manage your own sales pipeline from initial contact through to contract award.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and networking opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and work with operations to develop suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities and pipeline progression.
• Represent Primary Water Solutions and build long-term client partnerships.
