Job summary

Celnor Group's TWC Services is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our Operations team in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with facilities managers and contractors, and secure new contracts across the water hygiene and compliance sector.

This role requires experience in the water industry, a proven ability to manage a sales pipeline, and a full UK driving licence for travel.

Qualifications

Previous experience within the water industry is essential.
Experience in business development, account management or sales within the water sector.
Strong understanding of water hygiene and Legionella compliance.
Able to manage a sales pipeline and close contracts.

Responsibilities

Own and grow new business while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Identify and develop opportunities across water hygiene, Legionella, water treatment and compliance.
Build relationships with facilities managers, estates teams and contractors.
Generate and manage your own sales pipeline from contact to contract award.
Attend client meetings, site visits and networking opportunities.
Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial presentations.
Maintain accurate records of opportunities and pipeline progression.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth handover of new business.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.
