Job summary

TWC Services, part of the Celnor Group, is recruiting a Business Development Manager for Birmingham to drive growth in water hygiene and compliance services. You will identify opportunities, manage client relationships and lead proposals from contact to contract award.

Ideal candidates have strong water industry knowledge, a proven sales track record, and the ability to travel as needed. A commercial, customer-focused mindset and independent pipeline management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in water hygiene, Legionella, or water treatment is essential.
• Proven track record of generating new business and developing accounts.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across water hygiene, Legionella, water treatment and compliance sectors.
• Build relationships with facilities managers, estates teams, property professionals, contractors and other decision-makers.
• Generate and manage your own sales pipeline from initial contact through to contract award.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and networking opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and work with operational teams to develop suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial presentations.
• Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities, activity and pipeline progression.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of new business.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity and opportunities in water compliance.
