Job summary

AECOM is hiring Civil Engineering Graduates in Water in the UK. You will work within the Water team, gaining experience across water cycle projects, from hydraulic modelling to mains design, in a collaborative hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master level civil/structural engineering education with strong academic achievement.

Responsibilities

Undertake numerical analysis for potable, surface and wastewater systems.
Undertake technical and feasibility studies for potable water, foul water, surface water and attenuation requirements.
Produce designs of water infrastructure such as pump systems and pipe networks with safety attenuation.
Create sketches, models and check final working drawings.
Keep up-to-date with regulatory legislation and guidelines affecting design work.
Work with team members on technical work, site work and project management.
Opportunities for site visits to understand implementation of designs.
