AECOM is seeking a Capture Management Lead to drive growth in the UK & Ireland Water sector. You will lead strategic pursuit programs, shape win strategies, and coordinate cross-functional teams across regions.

The role offers hybrid working with travel as required and reports to the Water Strategy & Growth Director. You will build client relationships, guide bid teams, and influence senior stakeholders to secure major opportunities.

Formación

• Demonstrated leadership in developing and aligning capture strategies with growth targets.
• Proven record leading strategic and complex pursuit strategies across multi-team groups.
• Ability to deliver sales metrics and build client-centric value propositions.
• Experience collaborating with clients, delivery partners and supply chain.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise critical pursuits (ECP / Tier 2) from identification to submission.
• Direct discovery, pre-positioning, differentiation, and delivery strategies.
• Own pursuit governance, budgets, team composition and partnerships.
• Develop win strategies, content, and go/no-go decision processes.
• Foster client relationships and cross-functional collaboration across regions.
