Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Capture Management Lead within the Water Strategy & Growth team in the UK. You will drive strategic growth, own capture strategies, and lead multi-disciplinary teams across regions to secure enterprise-level opportunities (£25m+ revenue).

Demonstrated leadership experience of critical pursuit capture strategy development and alignment with growth targets.
Proven track record of leading complex pursuits worth £25m+ across multi-disciplinary teams.
Ability to develop client-centric value propositions and win strategies.
Collaborative leader with experience in global matrix organisations.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise critical pursuits (ECP / Tier 2) from identification to submission.
Own capture strategy development, client listening, and win-plan execution.
Coordinate with Client Account Managers, Marketing, and technical teams to prepare Capture Plans.
Drive governance, budgets, and cross-region collaboration to improve win rates.
Ensure compliance with governance and quality assurance throughout the pursuit lifecycle.
