Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Capture Management Lead within the Water Strategy & Growth team to drive major enterprise-critical pursuits (£25m+ revenue) with strategic leadership and ownership of capture and positioning.

Reporting to the Water Strategy & Growth Director, you will coordinate discovery, client engagement, win strategies, and cross‑regional collaboration while ensuring governance, budgets and excellence across the pursuit lifecycle. The role offers hybrid working and travel.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in pursuit capture strategy development.
• Proven track record leading complex pursuits above £25m.
• Ability to collaborate across clients, delivery partners and supply chain.
• Experience in a consultancy environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise critical pursuits from identification to submission.
• Own pursuit strategy and governance.
