Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Capture Lead to drive strategic growth in the Water sector across the UK and Ireland. You will own pursuit strategy and client positioning for major opportunities typically £25m+ revenue, reporting to the Water Strategy & Growth Director.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in capture strategy development and growth.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align with growth targets.
• Experience collaborating with clients, partners and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise critical pursuits (ECP/Tier 2) from identification to submission.
• Own pursuit strategy, governance, budgets and team composition.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical, operations and commercial teams on Capture Plans.
