Job summary

AECOM is seeking a strategic Capture Lead to drive growth in its Water sector across the UK and Ireland. You will own pursuit strategy, lead major opportunities (£25m+ revenue), and coordinate global and regional teams to shape compelling client proposals.

The role supports flexible hybrid working with travel as required, reporting to the Water Strategy & Growth Director. A proactive leader with a track record in defining win strategies is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in pursuit strategy and growth initiatives.
• Experience driving enterprise-level opportunities (£25m+ revenue) in infrastructure.
• Ability to coordinate across global and regional teams to win complex bids.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise critical pursuits (ECP/Tier 2) from discovery to submission.
• Direct development of capture, positioning and win strategies for major programmes.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical and commercial teams to produce compelling proposals.
