• Proven track record delivering strategic and complex capture strategies for high-value opportunities (net revenue >£25m).
• Ability to collaborate across global and regional teams and manage large, diverse capture teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own enterprise critical pursuits (ECP/Tier 2) from identification to submission.
• Direct discovery, differentiation and delivery strategies for major programmes and renewals.
• Own pursuit governance, budgets, and team composition; manage partner/supply chain selection.
