Stiltz Homelifts is recruiting a Telesales Executive in Guiseley, Leeds. This permanent, office-based role involves engaging existing customers to explain warranty options and secure extended cover. It offers a salary of £24,684 with uncapped commission (OTE ~£36,000) and a supportive sales environment.

You will manage your own diary, follow up warranty leads, and close sales over the phone while maintaining accurate CRM records and collaborating with the service team.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2C telesales or telephone sales.
• Strong negotiation skills to close sales over the phone.
• Empathy and patience to listen and respond to customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own diary of warranty leads and follow up with customers.
• Contact existing customers to offer extended warranty packages.
• Close sales over the phone by building rapport and negotiating terms.
• Coordinate with the Service team for post-sale support.
• Keep CRM records up to date and complete daily lead reports.
