Job summary

Buy It Direct is recruiting for a Sales Advisor (warranty) in Huddersfield. You will engage with existing customers, work warm leads only, and learn to present our warranty options with confident conversations that build rapport and trust.

The role offers a £26,436 basic salary plus uncapped commission, with realisitc OTE £35,000–£45,000. Full training and ongoing coaching are provided, with a high-energy team and clear progression opportunities to build a genuine career in after-sales.

Responsibilities

• Speak with existing Buy It Direct customers, warm leads only, with no cold calling involved.
• Make outbound calls to introduce and sell warranty services on products such as washing machines and fridge freezers.
• Keep our systems up to date with accurate customer information, ensuring every interaction is logged clearly and professionally.
• Identify upsell opportunities by understanding each customer's needs and clearly present warranty benefits.

What you will do

• You'll be speaking with existing Buy It Direct customers, warm leads only, with no cold calling involved.
• You will make outbound calls to introduce and sell our warranty services on products such as washing machines and fridge freezers. It's all about having great conversations, building rapport and helping customers see the value in protecting what they've purchased.
• You will keep our systems up to date with accurate customer information, ensuring every interaction is logged clearly and professionally
• By really understanding each customer's needs, you will spot natural opportunities to upsell and confidently showcase the benefits of our warranties in a way that feels helpful, not pushy.
