Anderson Wright Consulting Ltd in Cotgrave, Nottingham is seeking an Outbound Sales Advisor to join our growing team. You will work with warm, high-intent leads, discuss customer purchases, and upsell natural health products. The role offers a £25,000 basic salary with uncapped commission and realistic £35,000–£40,000 OTE.

No cold calling is required and there are incentives, progression opportunities and a supportive environment. This is a full-time, office-based position with on-site parking.

Qualifications

• No experience required – just a great attitude and a willingness to succeed.
• Previous experience within sales, telesales, telephone sales, outbound sales, retail sales or customer service is welcome, but is not essential.
• Warm leads only – no cold calling.
• Excellent work-life balance and supportive working environment.

Responsabilités

• Contact customers who have recently placed online orders.
• Work exclusively with warm and fresh customer leads.
• Discuss customer requirements and confirm purchases; upsell related products.
• Build rapport and develop positive customer relationships.
• Achieve individual sales, conversion and revenue targets; update internal systems.
