Role Description

The Warranty Repair Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. This role assesses warranty repair requests, documents mechanical and electrical issues, and coordinates or performs repair work in line with company standards and coverage terms. The Specialist communicates with customers, garages, and internal teams to explain repair decisions, manage expectations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include documenting faults, confirming parts and labour requirements, maintaining accurate service records, and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and safely. The role also involves supporting continuous improvement of repair processes and contributing feedback to enhance warranty services.

Skills & Qualities

• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to handle inquiries, explain repair decisions clearly, and manage expectations.
• Experience in the vehicle repair process and understanding of general maintenance & repair.
• Effective Communication skills for working with customers, repair partners, and internal teams.
