Job summary

Manheim Vehicle Solutions, part of Cox Automotive, is seeking a Warranty Specialist at Bruntingthorpe to ensure warranty claims are accurate, compliant and processed efficiently.

You will work within the Warranty Workshop team, supporting workshop teams, manufacturers and internal departments to drive timely approvals and payments. The role offers a clear pathway within the Cox Automotive network and a competitive package.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle warranty claims accurately and within deadlines.
• Review warranty job cards and docs for manufacturer compliance.
• Use manufacturer systems to track claims through to approval and payment.
• Maintain records, databases and spreadsheets.
• Serve as a point of contact for workshop teams, manufacturers and internal departments.
• Respond to enquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Support warranty audits and identify process improvements.

About The Role

As a Warranty Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring vehicle warranty claims are accurate, compliant and processed efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing vehicle warranty claims accurately and within agreed deadlines.
• Reviewing warranty job cards and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Using manufacturer systems to track claims through to approval and payment.
• Maintaining accurate records, databases and spreadsheets.
• Acting as a key point of contact for workshop teams, manufacturers and internal departments.
• Responding to enquiries professionally and resolving issues promptly.
• Supporting warranty audits and identifying opportunities to improve processes.

You’ll ideally have:
