Auto Skills UK in Manchester is recruiting a proactive Warranty Administrator to join the service admin team. The role is on permanent days, based in Manchester (or Brighouse as per ad), with a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum and a Monday to Friday 8am–5pm schedule, plus 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.

You will handle warranty claim processing, record keeping, and communications with manufacturers, customers and service departments, ensuring compliance with guidelines, efficient parts

Qualifications

• Basic product knowledge required (customer and vehicle warranties).
• Proficient computer literacy for data entry and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of ADP Kerridge system preferred; ability to learn quickly.

Responsabilités

• Process, submit, and track warranty claims for repairs and parts.
• Maintain detailed records of all warranty claims and payments.
• Liaise with manufacturers, customers and service departments to ensure smooth claims processing.
• Ensure all warranty claims comply with manufacturer guidelines and regulations.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to warranty claims.
• Coordinate procurement and return of warranty parts.
• Assist with invoicing of warranty work and track warranty debt.
• Generate and analyse warranty reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Description:My client is a leading Commercial Vehicle dealership in Manchester is looking to recruit a proactive individual to join their service admin team. Located at the Manchester or Brighouse site there is an opportunity on permanent days. As a proactive member of the dealership's team you will be required to contribute towards an efficient operation, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warranty Claim Management:Processing, submitting, and tracking warranty claims for repairs and replacement parts.
• Record Keeping:Maintaining detailed records of all warranty claims, payments, and relevant documentation.
• Communication:Interacting with manufacturers, customers, service departments, and other relevant personnel to ensure smooth claims processing.
• Compliance:Ensuring all warranty claims adhere to manufacturer guidelines and regulations.
• Problem Solving:Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues related to warranty claims.
• Parts Management:Coordinating the procurement and return of warranty parts.
• Customer Satisfaction:Ensuring customers are informed and satisfied with the warranty process.
• Financial Management:Invoicing warranty jobs and managing warranty debt.
• Reporting:Generating and analysing warranty reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Experience Required:

The ideal candidate for this role will have basic product knowledge, computer literacy and ideally knowledge of the ADP kerridge system. An ability to communicate at all levels and will be able to demonstrate initiative working alone without supervision.
