Job summary

We are seeking a proactive Warranty Specialist at Cox Automotive in the United Kingdom. You will process warranty claims, review documentation, and track through to approval and payment using manufacturer systems.

You will maintain records and serve as the main contact for workshops, manufacturers and internal teams. The role requires strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail, with training provided for automotive knowledge as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Accurate data-entry and administration skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• A flexible, team-focused approach and the confidence to use your initiative.
• Basic automotive knowledge or previous warranty experience would be an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Processing vehicle warranty claims accurately and within deadlines.
• Reviewing warranty job cards and documentation for manufacturer guidelines compliance.
• Using manufacturer systems to track claims through to approval and payment.
• Maintaining accurate records, databases and spreadsheets.
• Acting as a point of contact for workshop teams, manufacturers and internal departments.
• Responding to enquiries professionally and resolving issues promptly.
• Supporting warranty audits and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
