ABL Recruitment is seeking a Warranty Coordinator for a major automotive manufacturer based in Birmingham. The role focuses on accurate assessment and processing of warranty claims across the dealer network, ensuring compliance and a smooth dealer experience.

The ideal candidate will have automotive aftersales or warranty experience, strong investigative skills, and the ability to collaborate with technical teams and dealers to protect warranty operations and drive customer satisfaction.

• Provide guidance and support to dealers on warranty submissions, policies and claim decisions.
• Work closely with technical teams to assess complex warranty cases and reach fair, consistent outcomes.
• Monitor claim activity, identifying trends, risks and potential policy misuse.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across warranty operations and dealer processes.
