• Confident communicator who can build productive relationships with dealers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with claims management or dealer systems advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Review and process warranty claims submitted by the dealer network, ensuring accuracy and compliance with warranty policies.
• Investigate discrepancies, missing information and unusual claims, working with dealers to resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide guidance and support to dealers on warranty submissions, policies and claim decisions.
• Work closely with technical teams to assess complex warranty cases and reach fair, consistent outcomes.
• Monitor claim activity, identifying trends, risks and potential policy misuse.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across warranty operations and dealer processes.
