Job summary

The role requires experience in warranty administration within the motor trade, with advantageous knowledge of the VAG group.

The Warranty Administrator is responsible for managing and processing warranty claims for products or

services in compliance with manufacturer and company policies. This role ensures accurate documentation,

timely submission, and proper follow-up to maximize warranty recovery and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Have previous warranty administration experience
• Have experience within the motor trade
• Experience of working within the VAG group would be an advantage
• Be organised and efficient with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work within specified guidelines

• Have strong organisation skills
• Have experience of warranty administration
