Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, processing and submitting warranty claims to manufacturers
• Checking claims for accuracy and ensuring all supporting documentation is included
• Reviewing job cards, repair orders and technician notes
• Ensuring warranty work meets manufacturer requirements and guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator or in a similar administrative role
• Experience within an automotive, HGV, LCV or commercial vehicle environment would be advantageous
• Good understanding of warranty procedures and claim submissions
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
