Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our automotive/commercial vehicle team in Greater London. You will be responsible for preparing, processing and submitting warranty claims to manufacturers, and will review supporting documentation and job cards.

Applicants should have prior warranty administration experience, familiarity with automotive environments, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to navigate computer systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warranty administration or similar administrative role.
• Experience in automotive / commercial vehicle environment advantageous.
• Understanding of warranty procedures and claim submissions.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator or in a similar administrative role
• Experience within an automotive, HGV, LCV or commercial vehicle environment would be advantageous
• Good understanding of warranty procedures and claim submissions
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
