A leading meat processing firm in the UK is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee operations at the Chorley site. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and demonstrate proven experience in warehouse supervision. We are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at our Chorley site. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the successful candidate will be a highly motivated and diligent individual with exceptional communication skills. This is a hands‑on role requiring leadership from the shop floor, combined with some light administrative duties. You will assist the Warehouse supervisor to oversee the warehouse supply chain process, liaising with customer care, stock control, and planning. Responsibilities include ensuring all warehouse processes integrate effectively to deliver the planned volume and correct quality of product whilst maintaining a safe working environment.
