The role
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll take ownership of warehouse operations and lead a dedicated team of up to 20, working alongside another supervisor at the heart of our supply chain. Your leadership will ensure that essential equipment and materials are stored, managed and delivered safely and efficiently, supporting vital defence, aerospace and engineering programmes across the UK.
Day‑to‑day you’ll be required to:

This is a full‑time position, 39 hours per week, based onsite at our Walsall site.
Working pattern: Monday–Thursday 7am–4pm, Friday 7am–12pm. Overtime opportunities available.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) and NPPV security clearance for this role.
