Got People Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a rapidly growing company in their search for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team.

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse. This Nationwide courier specialising in the collection and delivery of Air Freight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the warehouse team to meet daily operational targets
  • Plan staffing and workload effectively to ensure smooth warehouse operations
  • Oversee incoming deliveries and ensure quality standards are upheld
  • Maintain the warehouse training matrix and ensure staff development
  • Ensure all warehouse areas remain clean, organised, and compliant
  • Attend meetings
  • Drive lean principles and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Undertake hands-on warehouse tasks when required
Required skills & experience
  • Valid flexi bendi and counterbalance licence (Not essential training given)
  • Knowledge of warehouse management system (Needs to be implemented)
  • Proven leadership and people management experience
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

Salary upto 35,000 for the right person
