Are you an experienced warehouse professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for leading a team?

This is your chance to step into a hands-on supervisory role where you\'ll keep chilled and frozen operations running smoothly, safely, and on time, joining a business that values its people.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you\'ll oversee the day-to-day running of warehouse and transport activities from goods-in and order picking to freezer and chiller hygiene. You\'ll make sure every load leaves accurately, efficiently, and in full while promoting best practice in health & safety and BRC standards.

This is a Sunday to Thursday role with a 4pm start time and is ideal for someone who thrives on leading from the front - you\'ll be out on the floor, supporting your team and keeping operations seamless.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating a team to meet customer requirements and deadlines
• Ensuring vehicles are loaded correctly, on time, and in full
• Maintaining high hygiene and housekeeping standards across chilled, frozen, and ambient areas
• Monitoring attendance, supporting investigations or disciplinary meetings when needed
• Ensuring MHE checks, maintenance, and reporting are completed accurately
• Locking and securing the building safely at the end of the shift
• Driving a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement

What You\'ll Bring

• Proven warehouse experience in a supervisory or team leader role
• Reach FLT licence (essential); Counterbalance or Voice Pick experience desirable
• Strong leadership and communication skills - you\'re fair, consistent, and approachable
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to complete essential documentation accurately
