• X-Ray License - Level COS required.
• Must have a Valid Forklift Licence.
• PC literate, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Driving Licence and personal transport are necessary due to location.

• Ensure timely handling and dispatch of shipments.

Location: Chertsey, Surrey

💷 Salary: Starting at £34,000 per annum

🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm· Weekends on Rotational Basis (not currently required - Usually 1 in 4)

We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established freight and logistics company, for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to join their growing operation.

This is a hands‑on supervisory role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, leads by example, and takes pride in maintaining high operational standards. You'll play a key part in overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and safety at all times.

Requirements:

• 3 Years Minimum Experience in a Freight Warehouse - Supervisory Role.
• X-Ray License - Level COS.
• Forklift Licence.
• Must be Physically Fit as hands on role, leading by example building AKE's daily.
• Must be PC literate (proficient in Word, Excel & Teams).
• Must have a Driving Licence and Own Transport due to Location (no easy access to public transport).

Job Description:

• Overseeing the daily operation of the warehouse and warehouse staff to ensure shipments are handled correctly and dispatched in a timely manner.
• Unloading/loading vehicles.
• Building & wrapping pallets.
• X-raying of freight.
• Check weighing freight and updating/notifying accordingly.
• Building aircraft containers by hand (AKE's and PMC's) for dispatch to the airlines.
• Finalising documentation such as MAWB's and BOL's.
