Job summary

GXO Logistics in Stafford is seeking a Stock & Systems Administrator to join our Stock & Systems team. You will monitor stock levels, investigate discrepancies between physical and system stock, and coordinate inter-site transfers across DC3 and other sites.

The role requires accuracy, strong communication, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. You will update systems with data from stock checks and ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures in a busy warehouse.

Qualifications

Stock control and daily stock checks.
Monitor discrepancies between physical and system stock levels.
Coordinate inter-site transfers between DC3 and TD1/DC4/DC5.
Update the systems with data from day to day stock investigations.
Comply with quality, Health and Safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

To monitor and investigate discrepancies between physical and system stock levels
To co-ordinate Inter-site Transfers between DC3 and TD1/DC4/DC5
To control the handling of new and de-listed products
To update the systems with the relevant data, as a result of day to day stock investigations
Comply with quality, Health and Safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment for self and others
