Job summary

GXO Logistics in Northampton is seeking a Stock and Systems Administrator to join our warehouse team on a full-time permanent basis. The role focuses on maintaining system integrity, stock accuracy, and supporting warehouse operations within a night-shift pattern from 22:00 to 06:00, across 37.5 hours per week.

You will work with Warehouse Management Systems, update data, investigate discrepancies, and produce regular reports to drive operational performance and stock accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control or warehouse administration.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems advantageous.
• Good IT skills, including Excel, with handling large data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records and system integrity in WMS.
• Investigate discrepancies and ensure stock accuracy.
• Schedule inbound deliveries and monitor stock movements.
• Produce reports and analyse warehouse data to improve performance.
