Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Milton Keynes is seeking a Warehouse Systems Administrator to maintain stock system integrity and support busy warehouse operations for a prestige client, LVMH.

The role is full-time and permanent, working an any 5 from 7 shift pattern (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00) to ensure smooth goods receipt, picking, packing and dispatch processes. You will provide first-line IT and systems support, manage user profiles, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reports and documentation stay

Qualifications

• Experience handling warehouse stock data and systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse systems and control processes, including stock checks and inventory accuracy.
• Provide first‑line IT and systems support across the site.
• Monitor and update reports, ensuring data accuracy for performance metrics.
• Collaborate with operations to meet KPI targets and safety standards.
